    Customer Account: In order to place an order for Graffeg products online, we require you to register your email address and create a password-protected account.     If your order is made by telephone or other correspondence, then these details are inputted into our system by our team and retained as above.

    We do not hold any payment information for online payments you complete as these are processed through secure third party systems. If payment information is communicated to us by you, for instance via telephone, then these details are promptly destroyed or deleted following the transaction.

    Newsletter: We send out weekly newsletters via MailChimp, which provide our subscribers with all the latest information on our forthcoming books, products, authors, events, offers and other news. Your first name, last name and email address are the only items of personal data we collect in order for you to be added to this mailing list.

    Prize Promotions: We occasionally run competitions and prize draws and, in addition to your answer or entry, we may require you to send us certain information such as your name and email address, and may request a postal address in order to send out the prizes themselves.
