Gilli Davies interviewed on BBC Radio York

York-based Cordon Bleu chef and author Gilli Davies will be interviewed by Richard Staples in his weekly ‘Bake of the Day’ section on BBC Radio York at 11:30am on Sunday 29 March. Gilli and Richard will be discussing her Flavours of England series, published by Graffeg, in particular the Pies & Pasties book. They will also be focusing on how cooking can be relaxing, especially during such challenging times, and discussing a range of traditional Yorkshire recipes that are included in the books, for example Yorkshire rhubarb pie, York ham with peas pudding, parkin, Yorkshire fat rascal teacakes, roast rib of beef with Yorkshire puddings and Yorkshire curd tart.
